This is a headstone located about 13 meters south-west of the porch of the Church of St Constantine in Milton Abbot. It dates from the late 17th century and is made of sandstone. The small rectangular headstone commemorates Sarah Martin, who died in 1694. The inscription is set within an incised line border. This headstone is noted as the earliest in the churchyard.
