Description
This is a barn located approximately 50 meters south-west of Burghill Lodge. It dates from the 17th century and was extended in the 18th century. The barn is timber-framed with brick infill and has a corrugated metal roof. It features seven framed bays that are aligned east to west, with an opening at the east gable end and a threshing floor entrance toward the west end. There is an attached range of 19th-century stabling, which is not included in this listing. Inside, the barn has a partly inserted floor and inclined strut trusses.
