Description

Cinders Cottage is a cottage that likely dates from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill, a slate roof, and brick end stacks, with the left stack having a large stone base. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows with late 19th century casements. There is a ledged entrance door located to the right of the centre and a second entrance in front of the stack on the left end. The timber frame consists of three panels high from the cill to the wall-plate.
