Description

Park Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is timber-framed with rendered infill and later brick extensions, topped with tiled roofs. The building consists of three framed bays aligned north to south and faces east, featuring a single-storey extension to the north and a two-storey extension to the south that encloses a stack. The entrance is located north of the center of the main house.

The cottage has two storeys and includes three windows with 2-light 20th-century leaded casements. To the south of the entrance, there is a 20th-century ledged door and two glazing bar casement windows in the north single-storey extension. The framing includes three panels from the sill to the wall-plate, with angle bracing from the main post to the wall-plate in the end panels, and V-struts in the gable.
