Description
This building is a barn and attached stable, likely dating from the late 18th century, located about 30 yards north-north-east of Hatsford Farmhouse. The barn is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, topped with a slate roof. It features three bays and has a ledged cart entry in the middle bay, with trusses that include triple angle struts. The stable is made of coursed sandstone rubble and also has a slate roof. It is two levels high and has two segmentally-headed openings, each positioned to the left of a ledged door, with the stable door adjacent to the barn. This building is included for its group value.
