Description
Newtons is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 17th century to the 18th century. It features a timber-frame structure with brick infill, which is mostly covered in weatherboards. The roof is tiled, and there is an external stone side stack with a detached brick chimney at the rear. The building consists of two bays that are aligned roughly east to west, and it has a cellar, two storeys, and an attic. The façade includes two late 20th century casement windows, while the east gable end reveals three panels of framing visible up to the first floor, with a central late 20th century door. This farmhouse is included for its group value.
