Description

Cottage at Upper House Fruit Farm, likely built in the late 17th century to early 18th century, features a timber-frame structure with brick infill and weatherboards, topped with a tiled roof and a side stack. The cottage has two bays and stands two storeys tall. It includes two late 19th century casement windows: one to the left of the ledged entrance door and another above it to the right, along with a mid-20th century casement window at the extreme right. The timber frame consists of four small square panels high on the left and three larger panels high on the right bay.
