Description

MUCH DEWCHURCH CP - SP 43 SE 6/92 Stable about 25 yards north-east of Kiverknoll Farmhouse GV II Stable. C18 with later alterations. Sandstone rubble with Welsh slate roof. Three bays aligned roughly east/west. Two levels. North elevation has one shuttered loft opening to centre. Two larger openings with diamond section oak mullions to ground floor. West gable has early C19 cast-iron casement to first floor. Stable door to left-hand side. Interior has trusses with two pairs of parallel raking struts from ties to principals. Later brick addition to east is not of special interest. Included for group value.
