Description
This stable, located approximately 35 meters north of Abbey Farmhouse, dates back to the 18th century. It is constructed from coursed squared sandstone rubble and features a brick dentil cornice. The roof is made of old plain tiles. The building is two storeys high and consists of two bays. There are two brick doorways with segmental arches, and the right side has a door for the hayloft. The rear of the stable has two openings for windows that were added in the 20th century. Inside, there is a chamfered ceiling beam. This stable is included for its group value with the nearby Abbey Farmhouse.
