2/7 Barn about 5 metres north of The Crown Inn

Barn. C17 with some early C19 extensions. Timber-frame with painted brick infill on coursed rubble plinth, extended in coursed rubble with slate roof. Probably three framed bays aligned north/south, extended to south with threshing floor in extension. East front has full-height entrance to left in C19 part, to right has three small doors to ground floor, and small casements just under eaves. Framing three square panels high, raised by a narrow rectangular panel in C19. Gable end has C17 cross- framing in gable truss forming a lozenge pattern. The Crown Inn is not included in this list.
