Description
Pantile Cottage is a cottage built with a timber frame, weatherboards, and aluminium cladding, topped with a plain tiled roof that features a catslide on the north side. The cottage has a large external stone stack that supports a detached brick chimney on the east gable. It consists of two bays that are roughly aligned east to west and is one storey high with an attic.
On the north elevation, the left side has weatherboards, while the right side displays exposed timber-framing with two panels extending up to the eaves of the catslide. The entrance is located in the east gable on the north side of the end stack and is partly surrounded by aluminium cladding. There is also a mid-20th century stone extension at the rear of the cottage. This building is included for its group value.
