Description

Pantall’s Farmhouse is a farmhouse, likely dating from the 17th century, with significant alterations and expansion in the early 19th century. It has a brick front range and a timber-framed rear range, both with slate roofs. The building is arranged in an L-shape, with the brick section aligned north-east/south-west, and the timber-framed section extending towards the south-east from the north-west end of the brick range.

The north-west elevation is two storeys high with a 2:3 window arrangement. It features glazing bar sashes, an end stack to the left, a dentilled eaves cornice, and a bracketted hood over the door situated in the second bay from the right. The single-storey and attic timber-framed range has raised eaves to the rear. The farmhouse occupies an important position to the south of the churchyard.
