Description
The arbour located 50 yards west of Putley Court is likely from the 18th century and has been restored. It features a timber portico set within a brick-faced sandstone wall topped with a slate roof. The structure is supported by four wooden fluted piers that extend from a segmental recess in the wall, which includes a bench. Above, a pediment encloses a lattice design.
