Cottage. Probably C18. Sandstone rubble plinth and timber-frame with plaster infill. Tiled roof and extruded sandstone rubble end stack with brick shaft. Two bays aligned north- west/south-east. Two storeys. South-west elevation has two windows, mid-C19 casements of 2-lights. Ledged door to right of centre under gabled canopy. South-east gable has sandstone skin. Frame is four rectangular panels high from plinth to wall-plate. Interior has mid-C19 cast Iron range.
