Description
Webton Court is an 18th-century house that has undergone later alterations. It is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped Welsh slate roof with brick end stacks. The building has a rectangular plan that is aligned roughly east to west and consists of two storeys and an attic.
The north elevation displays a 1:3:1 arrangement of windows, which are late 19th-century sashes. Above the outer pair of windows, there are gabled dormers. The slightly advanced center of the façade is pedimented and includes an oeil-de-boeuf. A dentilled brick eaves cornice runs along the pediment, and there are two plat bands in the outer bays, positioned above each window head. The lintels of the windows feature raised fluted keystones. The central entry is located on the right side and is accessed through a glazed flat-roofed porch that dates from the mid-20th century. Additionally, there is a polygonal 19th-century extension at the rear of the right-hand side.
