Description

The ciderhouse, located about 20 yards north of Knapp Green Farmhouse, is likely from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and features a pantile roof. The building has a rectangular plan, oriented from east-north-east to west-south-west, and is a single storey. The north elevation includes a ledged door on the left side. The west gable has a 2-light opening with iron bars and a cambered brick arch. Inside, there is a king-post truss along with a cider mill and press. Please note that Knapp Green Farmhouse is not included in this listing.
