Description
The cider house, located approximately 5 meters north-east of Caplor Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of sandstone rubble and features a pantiled roof. The building has three bays aligned east to west, with entrances at the east and west gables, as well as additional entrances to the north and south. It is two storeys high, with the lower storey built into the sloping ground. Inside, the cider mill and press are intact in the lower storey, and the structure includes collar and tie-beam trusses with inclined struts.
