Description
The stables, located about 15 yards north-east of The Sallies and occupied by Mr and Mrs R D Morgan, are likely from the 18th century. They feature a timber-frame structure with brick infill and a tiled roof, arranged in a rectangular three-bay plan that runs north-west to south-east. The building has two levels. The north-east elevation includes two stable doors, while the south-east gable has two small late 20th century canted bay windows on the ground floor, with a loft opening above. The frame consists of three square panels high from the cill to the wall-plate. Inside, there are trusses with raking struts. The stables are included for their group value.
