Description

The Jones monument, located about one yard east of the east wall of the chancel of the Church of St Mary, is a chest tomb dedicated to William Jones, who died in 1753. It is made of finely cut sandstone and features a moulded base and flat moulded capping. The tomb has rounded end panels and a swagged surround to the side inscription panels.
