Description

CANON PYON CP - SO 44 NE 5/6 Pound about 120 yards east-south-east of the Church of St Lawrence GV II Pound. Probably C18 or early C19. Roughly coursed sandstone rubble with flat sandstone caping. Rectangular plan aligned north-west/south-east. Walls are about 4' 6" high. Entry at south end of north-west wall. The pound is sited on a mound.
