Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house on Church Street in Leominster. It is stuccoed with a Welsh slate roof and brick end stacks. The house is two storeys and an attic, with a three-window front. The windows are late 19th century six-over-six sash windows with cambered heads. A storey band runs along the front, and the eaves are brick with modillion detail, interrupted by a smaller eight-over-eight sash window in the central gable. The central entrance has a six-panel door with a margin-glazed overlight, sheltered by a moulded wooden hood supported by scrolled brackets. The sides of the entrance are flanked by late 19th century six-over-six sash windows, and there is a storey band. The right-hand return side features a casement and fixed light, set within a gable with scalloped, chamfered bargeboards. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
