Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Church Street in Kington. It is constructed of stucco with a shallow-pitched Welsh slate roof and a stack at the rear. The house is three storeys high and has a two-window facade. The windows are predominantly 6/6 sash windows; a later 19th-century sash window is positioned to the left. Stucco pilasters define the front elevation. The entrance is on the left-hand side, featuring a part-glazed panelled door flanked by side-lights with late 19th-century sash windows. A moulded stucco band runs above the entrance, interrupted by a late 19th-century canted bay window with plain sashes and a lead pentice roof on the right-hand side.
