Description
This stable and cow house, located about 25 yards south-east of Gwrlodydd, is probably from the 18th century. It features fine coursed rubble with weatherboards on the south-west gable. The building is one storey high with a loft and consists of three bays. The ground floor openings on the west side have segmental heads with keystones. There is a central loft opening flanked by three vent slits on either side. The south-west gable has a blocked segmental opening, with a ledged loft door above it, and another ledged door in the weatherboarded gable end, situated above the tie-beam, which has two rows of purlins. Additionally, there is a lean-to extension for a cow house against the north-east gable.
