House, now offices. Late C18, with later alterations. Brick; steep-pitched hipped Welsh slate roof; brick party stack to left, and ridge stack to right. 3 storeys and cellar; 3-window range: late C19 plain sashes with simple wood awnings, under gauged brick flat arches; 4/8 sashes under gauged brick flat arches; moulded stone cornice to C20-restored, concrete tile-coped parapet. Late C19 shop front with central glazed and panelled door recessed in panelled reveals, with shouldered moulded architrave; flanked by plate-glass windows; to left, missing door, and overlight, recessed in panelled reveals, with interrupted shouldered architrave; moulded wood hood on enriched consoles and plain pilasters; cellar-grille. INTERIOR not inspected. One build with No.13 (qv).
