Description
The Ducker Bar is a house that has been converted into an inn, dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The ground floor is rendered, while the upper floors are made of painted brick. The building features a Welsh slate roof and has a brick stack on the right front. It stands three storeys tall with a cellar and has a two-window range. The windows include eight/eight sashes, although the left side has a 20th-century six/six sash. These are set beneath grooved stucco lintels. The building has four/four sashes under similar grooved stucco lintels and brick dentilled eaves. The inn front, added in the 20th century, includes a six-panel door with an overlight beneath a four-centred arch, framed by a plain architrave on the left. To the right, there is a canted leaded light with clerestory lights, also under a four-centred arch, with a band above. The interior has not been inspected.
