The property comprises 19th-century gates, piers, walls, and railings forming the boundary to Eden Holme (number 50) and Gwynfa (number 52). The gate piers are stuccoed, except for those at number 52, which are of moulded masonry. Wrought-iron double gates are present at number 50. The brick walls have an ashlar coping and incorporate iron railings with cast finials. The property is included in the listing for group value.
