Stables. Dated "HL 1795" on keystone and "FWB 1891" (repair). Brick front, rubble sides, timber-framed rear, plain tiled roof. One storey and loft, band over ground floor, 2 outer 3 light casements and 2 inner stable doors all with cambered heads; rear framing, much re-used, is 3 panels high off a brick plinth. Extension to rear with elliptical arch doorway to north west.
