This headstone, dated 1660, is located about 4 yards east of the south porch of the Church of St Cuthbert in Holme Lacy. It is made of sandstone and is unusually wide, featuring an inscription on the western side that is divided into three panels. The headstone has a scrolled top and is likely dedicated to John, Anne, and Humphrey Pitt.
