Description

The Old Prison, now part of a public house, is a building that possibly dates back to the early 17th century. It is constructed from square sandstone and features a pantiled roof with a brick stack at one end. The building has two storeys and includes two windows on the ground floor, each with 2-light barred mullions and a blocked opening underneath. On the first floor of the gable end, there is another 2-light barred mullion located to the left of the end stack.
