Description

This is a dovecote located approximately 50 meters east of the Town Well in Credenhill. It dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century and is constructed of brick with a slate roof. The dovecote has an octagonal plan and features a dentilled eaves cornice. There are two window openings on the ground floor. Currently, the dovecote is in a ruinous condition, with the lantern and fittings previously mentioned now damaged and missing.
