Description

This is a dovecote built in the late 18th century, located approximately 150 metres to the west of Wasing Place. It features grey brick headers and has a dentil brick eaves cornice beneath a conical old tile roof. The roof includes a gabled dormer on the south side and is topped by a low cupola with a tiled pyramidal roof. The dovecote has a circular plan and a boarded door on the north side. Inside, it retains a central post, a revolving ladder, and brick nesting boxes built into the wall.
