Description
Lower Farm is a farmhouse that has been converted into two houses. It dates back to the 17th century, with 19th-century additions to the south. The building features a combination of brick and timber framing with brick nogging, and it has an old tiled roof that is half hipped to the north. There are two chimney stacks, one located to the north and the other to the south. The north front of the building has two framed bays and is two storeys high. On the ground floor, there are three 20th-century casement windows, and one on the first floor. The building also has arch braces. To the right, there is a later 20th-century single-storey addition with a hipped roof.
