Description

The Dene is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of white painted brick with a plinth and features an old tiled roof with end stacks. The building has two storeys, with glazing bar sash windows that have exposed wooden boxes. There are three windows on the first floor and four on the ground floor. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with glazed upper panels, a rectangular fanlight, a plain surround, and a flat hood supported by 20th-century wrought iron brackets.
