Description

This barn, located approximately 20 metres south-east of Upper Egleton Court, is a Grade II listed structure. It features a timber frame with brick infill, a sandstone plinth, and a sandstone rubble gable end on the west side, topped with a tiled roof. The barn consists of six framed bays arranged in an east-west direction, with an open lean-to on the north side. Inside, there is an inserted floor with three evenly spaced ledged doors. The framing appears largely intact, showcasing three square panels from the sill to the wall-plate. The interior was inaccessible during the last survey.
