Description
Tudor Cottage is a late 17th-century farmhouse with alterations from the early 19th century and a raised roof. It is timber-framed with brick infill panels. The roof is covered in pantiles and has an end stack on the left side, along with two ridge stacks. The house has two storeys and six constructional bays, featuring a midrail and wall plate. A 19th-century four-panel door is located in the fourth bay. The 19th-century three-light casement windows are in bays 1, 3, and 5, with a two-light window on the first floor of bay 1. The ground floor windows are large and have two horizontal glazing bars. A lean-to addition is present on the right return, and a lower wing extends at a 90-degree angle from the rear. The interior has not been inspected. The building was previously known as Pond Farmhouse.
