Description

North Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse that was altered in the late 18th century. It is constructed of squared stone and has a pantile roof. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has four bays. A 20th-century door within a chamfered triangular-headed surround is located at the centre, alongside a 20th-century door with overlight and lintel set between the first and second bays. Most windows are 12-pane casements under stone lintels with stone sills, except for those in the first and second bays, which have flat arches, the arches to the second bay being keyed. The building has shaped kneelers and stone coping. It features end stacks and one stack to the ridge.
