Description

Beauvale House and the adjoining outbuilding, now a dental surgery, date from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. The structure is built of brick and coursed rubble, featuring Welsh and artificial slate roofs. It has a rendered plinth, chamfered eaves, and pedimented gables, with three ridge stacks and a single gable stack. The building is two storeys high, plus garrets, and has an L-plan layout.

The main front displays mainly 20th-century casement windows with segmental heads. An off-centre early 19th-century iron porch with a tent roof leads to a segmental-headed door. To the left of the porch is a square bay window from the early 20th century, and to the right are a casement window and a similar bay window. Above these, there are three casements, with an additional casement to the right. The west gable features a single casement window for the garret.

On the rear elevation, there is a segmental-headed casement to the left, with a door and a pointed window to the right. Above this, there are three casements, followed by two more casements above, and a 20th-century flat-roofed dormer to the right. The adjoining outbuilding is a single-storey structure with six bays, comprising six doors and two casements.
