House. Mid C18 and mid C19. Red brick, ashlar. Plain tile roofs. C18 range of red brick with left gable and single C19 ridge stacks. Brick coped gable with kneeler. Dogtooth eaves. 2 storeys plus garret, 3 bays. First floor band. Central doorway with glazed and panelled double door. Either side are single glazing bar sashes. 3 similar sashes above. To the left, set back, is a C19 red brick and slate single storey, 2 bay wing. Set on a plinth with left external gable stack and 2 glazing bar sashes. To the right and projecting is the C19 red brick wing with ashlar dressings and single red brick stacks to the rear and external right. Decorative ridge. Ashlar coped gable with finial. Set on a plinth with moulded ashlar band over. 2 storeys plus garret, single bay. 2 storey canted bay with lead roof and raised brick eaves. Central doorway, 3 steps up, with glazed double door and overlight. Either side are single fixed lights with overlights. Above single central sash flanked by single smaller sashes. Chamfered ashlar sills and lintels. In the apex is a single trefoil fixed light in ashlar surround. Right/east front with moulded eaves band has from left to right a single arched fixed light, the external stack, a single arched fixed light set into an arched recess, a single glazing bar casement and a single pair of trefoil arched lights in flush ashlar quoin surround. Above is a single similar trefoil arched light and surround, to the right, over the arch, is a single gabled half dormer with single arched sash. Rear/entrance front has 2 trefoil arched lights in flush ashlar quoin surrounds. to the left is a single diagonal buttress and to the right the gabled and coped porch with moulded arched entrance supported on 2 colonnettes with foliate decorated capitals, hood mould and decorative label stops. Inner pointed arched doorway with panelled door and flush ashlar quoin surround. Over is a single tripartite cross casement, lights over the transom being trefoil arched, in flush ashlar quoin surround. In the garret is a single decorative quatrefoil fixed light in ashlar surround. The wing to the right set back, has a single pair of trefoil arched lights on each floor in flush ashlar quoin surrounds. That on the first floor being a half dormer. Further right are various C19 wings.
