GV II House and attached warehouse, now house and shop. c1800, altered late C19 and late C20. Brick with hipped pantile roofs. Plinth, incomplete first floor band, second floor band, dentillated eaves, two side wall and single ridge stacks.

Three storeys; two window range of segment headed glazing bar sashes. Above, similar fenestration with smaller sashes. Below, full width late C19 wooden shopfront with plain pilasters and bracketed cornice. Steps to central splayed doorway with glazed door, flanked by single pane windows. Left side has a single segment headed Yorkshire sash on each floor, to left, and below, a blocked door. Two storey former warehouse has four renewed glazing bar sashes flanked to right by a smaller casement and to left by a C20 door and external stair and beyond, a hoist door. Below, to left, a pair of segment headed close boarded doors with overlight, flanked by single small oval blank windows. To right, two renewed segment headed glazing bar sashes.
