Description

No. 35 Moorgate has origins dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is a two-storey building constructed of brick. The gable end facing the road features one modern casement window above a mid-19th century shop front. The shop front includes plain pilasters and a cornice, large glazing bars, and a four-panel door set in a surround with plain pilasters and a cornice end entablature. This building is part of a group, which includes Nos. 33 to 45 (odd), with No. 33 noted for its local interest.
