No. 45 Churchgate is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick and topped with a hipped Welsh slate roof, which slopes to the left. The façade features three windows without glazing bars, each adorned with stone keystones. The shop front is distinguished by grooved Ionic pilasters and a fascia with an end cornice, complemented by tiled stall risers.
