Description

Infant School, built in the early 19th century, is a single-storey structure featuring roughly dressed ashlar blocks and some brick. The hipped pantile roof has a single red brick and rendered stack on the front left, along with a central ridge wrought iron bell lantern. The building has five bays, with a central doorway that includes a wooden door and a flat ashlar hood supported by two stone brackets. Flanking the doorway are two glazing bar sash windows. At the rear left, there is a later brick lean-to with a wooden door, and to the right, an ashlar wall with a doorway that also has a wooden door.
