Description

25 and 27 Welham Road are early 19th-century houses. They are two storeys tall and built of chequered brick with a pantile roof. Each house has two windows featuring hung sashes with glazing bars and painted voussoirs. No 25 has a modern bow window, while both houses have doors; No 25 has a four-panel door with a hood supported by brackets and a glazed rectangular fanlight, while No 27 has a modern door. The ground floor of No 25 is rendered.
