Description

Skegby Pinfold is a mid-18th century pinfold located on the north side of Mansfield Road in Skegby. It was restored in 1978 and is constructed from coursed and squared rubble with a flat stone coping. The structure has an irregular square plan, measuring approximately 5 meters on each side. There is a large opening on the west side, while the south side features a plaque and a mid-20th century letterbox. The east side includes a buttressed plinth.
