Description

This gravestone, located at the Church of All Saints, dates from 1732 and is made of limestone ashlar. It features a vertical stone with a curved top and has a worn carved angel head. The inscription reads: "Tho. Gardiner Post Boy of Lincoln Barbarously Murdered by Isaac Tho. Hallay Jan 3 1732 Aged 19". The gravestone is situated 29 paces from the southwest corner of the tower.
