Description

This is a late 18th-century house, originally two separate dwellings, with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed from coursed squared limestone rubble with brick dressings, and has a pantile roof, a gable stack, and a ridge stack.

The south-facing garden front is two stories high and seven bays wide, presenting an irregular design. A 20th-century brick lean-to porch is located on the left-hand side, with a half-glazed door flanked by a single glazing bar sash window and a small glazing bar sash window. Further to the right are a small casement window, a planked door, and a small sliding sash window. The first floor has five windows: two glazing bar sashes to the left, a 20th-century plain sash window, and two small sliding sashes to the right. All windows are set within brick segmental arches. The front facing the street has a single four-panelled door, a three-light sliding sash window, and one small sliding sash window on the first floor.

The building is listed for group value only.
