Description

The Old Barn, located 70 metres northwest of the Parish Church, is a 17th-century barn constructed from coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and a pantile roof. The structure features three structural bays, with one bay quoined and open on the west side. On the east side, there is a smaller doorway with a timber lintel and one vertical ventilation slot. The barn's roof, made of pegged oak from the 17th century, includes tie beams, collars, trapped purlins, and a ridge piece.
