This 18th-century barn is located at Manor House Farm on Church Lane, Pickworth. The barn is built of brick with a pantile roof and stone-coped gables. It has two plain wooden doors on the right-hand side and two small, shuttered openings on the left, one at eaves level. The original roof structure remains intact. The barn is listed at group value, meaning it contributes to the significance of a nearby, historically important building or site.
