Farm House; early C18 with C19 alterations and additions; coursed limestone rubble and brick with ashlar quoins; pantile roof with stone coped gables, brick gable and one ridge stack. 3 storey front, C18 2 storeys in coursed limestone rubble to stone band, C19 added top storey in brick. T-plan; 5 bay front; off centre main door to right is four panelled with overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To left a six panelled door and further glazing bar sash. All ground floor openings have timber lintels. Above are 3 glazing bar sahses with segmental heads and splayed stone lintels. The added storey has three 2-light glazing bar Yorkshire sashes with segmental heads. To the left is a 2 storey dairy wing in coursed limestone rubble to ground floor and brick above with a single 2 light glazing bar Yorkshire sash. The rear front is all in brickwork with a projecting gabled one bay stair wing. Interior; has some simply chamfered and stopped beams.
