Description
10 St Mary's Hill is a Grade II listed building with a "Black and White" gabled front dating from the 19th century. It features one storey above an early 19th-century shop front that lacks glazing bars and has a rendered stall riser. The gable is adorned with carved bargeboarding and a finial. On the first floor, there are two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The roof is made of stone slate. At the south end, there is a passage that includes a mid-12th-century round arch with chevron moulding, likely serving as a side entrance to an earlier house. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 8, 9, and Nos 11 to 16.
